JyotishSakshi provides traditional Vedic Jyotish interpretation and informational guidance. We calculate a personal chart from your birth details and present readings drawn from classical Jyotish sources.

The service is intended to support reflection and understanding. It is not a substitute for your own judgment or for professional advice.

Charts are computed using stated astronomical and Jyotish conventions — sidereal (Lahiri ayanāṁśa) positions and whole-sign houses — from the birth details you provide. The accuracy of a reading depends on the accuracy of those details, particularly your birth time. Where information is uncertain, we avoid presenting false precision.

Jyotish readings on JyotishSakshi are interpretive. They describe tendencies and themes drawn from classical sources; they are not guarantees or predictions of specific future events. Different traditions and practitioners may interpret the same chart differently.

You remain fully responsible for the choices you make. Any action you take after reading guidance on JyotishSakshi is your own decision.

JyotishSakshi does not provide medical, psychological, legal, financial or any other licensed professional advice. For decisions in those areas, please consult a qualified professional. If you are in distress or facing an emergency, contact a local professional or emergency service.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate birth and profile details.
• Keeping your sign-in credentials confidential.
• Activity that happens under your account.

We may suspend or restrict accounts that are misused or that put the service or other people at risk.

Some features are available freely (such as the public Panchāṅga), while personal readings may require an active subscription or entitlement on your account.

When paid subscriptions are enabled, the applicable pricing and commercial terms will be shown to you clearly before you complete any paid purchase.

The classical source references we cite belong to their respective traditions and editions. The JyotishSakshi name, its software, its presentation and the readings it generates for you are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. Please do not copy, resell or redistribute the product or its generated readings.

Please do not:

• Attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to the service.
• Scrape, bulk-download or resell content or readings.
• Use the service to harm, mislead or impersonate others.

We work to keep JyotishSakshi available and accurate, but we provide it on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may add, change or remove features, and there may be occasional interruptions for maintenance or reasons outside our control.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, ask you to re-acknowledge them. Continued use after an update means the current version applies.
